The club lounge access was definitely a highlight for us. jenny, who worked at the club lounge, welcomed us warmly. the food was delicious, and there was a great variety of drinks. orchard boulevard mrt station is just across the road. This made traveling around town easy.
the showerhead in our room leaked a bit. i had to call maintenance for a repair, and the water flow was quite noisy.

i found the staff very helpful. they answered my questions with quick responses. the food was delicious and a train station was nearby. the pool facilities were nice too and a mall was next door to the hotel.
the bathroom was tiny. it could only fit one person in there. it was like i was sleeping on concrete, the bed was horrible. rooms, it seems, were noisy.

i found direct access to tanglin mall very useful. this mall includes multiple restaurants. it also has a grocery store. the mrt station is a short walk. the club lounge was a nice addition. it did allow alcohol service.
my room was not cleaned by 3:30 pm. it was only cleaned around 5 pm.

Surprising Hotel Stay Near Orchard

The location near the shopping mall prove great. Check in show no hassle and I could access everything easily. The staff seems friendly and helpful, which I appreciate a lot. The breakfast buffet is big with varied foods to pick from, it tasted amazing.
I wish there be more taxis available near the hotel entrance, I always wait for a long time.

Every member of staff seemed very courteous and helpful. The concierge was very helpful with taxis. Staff are always willing to assist with all requests. The service is fantastic, I recommend it.

this place got a great spot near everything. mrt station is across the road, very handy. i walked easy to botanical gardens, such beauty. the rooms get cleaned super proper with happy staff, always ready for help.
room service took too long. waited an hour once. room size felt bit smaller than advertised on paper.

the check-in process was slow. i waited almost an hour for my room. i also found out that breakfast wasn't included with my club room , despite what i was initially told , this was pretty annoying.
