Jen Singapore Tanglin By Shangri-La, Singapore

I had a great stay at Jen Singapore Tanglin By Shangri-La, enjoying the hotel's fantastic location near Tanglin Mall and Orchard Road. The rooms were modern and comfortable, though the bathroom setup could be a bit cramped. I appreciated the attentive service and diverse breakfast options, but some cleanliness issues were disappointing.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. While the location was fantastic with easy access to transport, the dining options could use some improvement, particularly during busy periods. Room cleanliness was a bit hit or miss. Overall, it served its purpose for my trip to Singapore, but it didn't quite have that nice touch I was hoping for.

I recently spent a week at Jen Singapore Tanglin by Shangri-La and it was a mix of highs and lows. The breakfast spread was a hit too, although it could use a bit more Western options. On the downside, I found some minor details a bit lacking, like having no cups for the kettle in my room. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd consider coming back for sure.
